We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Infant Teacher to join our team at Guidepost Montessori.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional development of infants.
Key Responsibilities- Child Development: Observe and understand the unique needs of each infant, providing personalized support and care.
- Environment Preparation: Design and maintain a beautiful, orderly environment that promotes independence, exploration, and learning.
- Communication: Collaborate with parents to ensure seamless communication and provide regular updates on their child's progress.
- Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
- Education: Pursuing or holding a Montessori diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience working with infants in a group setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
