Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our Material Cost Management organization, you will be responsible for providing assistance and guidance to support the implementation of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Control Account Managers (CAMs).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide EVMS support for Major Subcontracts and General Procurement (GP)
  • Prepare month-end reports and develop and review Earned Value Management System (EVMS) plans
  • Develop and document earned value methodologies, monthly performance measurement, estimate to complete analysis and updates, and variance analysis research and reporting
  • Support monthly cost and schedule reviews, identify pressures and opportunities, and develop recovery plans as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or related field with 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a Master's Degree with 3 years of experience
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of EVMS with ERP subcontract experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance and ability to obtain a Special Program Access

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Financial forecasting and/or material accounting experience
  • Experience with Group Pegging and Distribution (GPD)
  • Understanding of Business Systems (SAP/MPM/Cobra)
