Key Responsibilities:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing a welcoming, helpful, and outstanding service. Your duties will encompass:

  • Managing the Hotel Host Stand and Bakery Café
  • Overseeing the Guest Kitchen and e-room
  • Facilitating guest check-in and check-out processes
  • Providing support for meeting room services

  • Strong proficiency in the English language, including speaking, reading, and writing
  • The ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • A genuine desire to meet the needs of others
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Physical capability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights (minimum of 20 lbs)
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Word and Excel
