We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Hospitality Front Desk Associate to enhance our guest services team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues to ensure a memorable stay for all visitors.
Compensation:
$15 hourly
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all guest account information.
- Manage room reservations through various channels, including in-person, online, and phone inquiries, while providing information about room availability, amenities, rates, special requests, and loyalty programs.
- Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests, providing room keys and recording payment details.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared for incoming guests.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle phone calls and manage stressful situations with ease.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in hospitality as a front desk agent, receptionist, or guest service representative.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems is advantageous.
