Key Responsibilities

Your primary role will be to ensure a pleasant and unforgettable experience for our guests by:

  • Greeting and assisting each visitor with outstanding service, whether in person or via telephone.
  • Facilitating the check-in and check-out processes in a courteous and efficient manner.

Qualifications

Applicants should have fundamental skills in reading, writing, and mathematics. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays may be necessary. The role requires the ability to:

  • Engage in conversation, listen attentively, and interact with guests regularly.
  • Utilize hands and fingers to manage objects, tools, or controls frequently.
  • Occasionally walk, sit, and reach with arms and hands.
  • Lift and/or move items weighing up to 10 pounds and maintain a standing position for extended periods.

Education & Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent educational background is required, along with one to three months of relevant experience or training.
