Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate facility records and filing systems in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the billing department to verify the accuracy of billing information.
  • Perform cleaning and organizational tasks to uphold a tidy facility.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
