Through advanced treatment options, pioneering research, and a commitment to patient-centered care, we are at the forefront of modern healthcare innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize appointments for various treatments including Chemotherapy and Radiology, ensuring all necessary medical records are collected and available.
- Communicate with patients to clarify test instructions and address any inquiries or concerns prior to their scheduled appointments.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to effectively manage unscheduled appointments and ensure proper authorization before patient visits.
- Coordinate essential hospital services such as admissions and transfusions.
- Retrieve urgent results from pathology, labs, and radiology for healthcare providers.
- Process specialty requisitions for advanced testing.
- Support clinical personnel with communication needs, facilitating internal consultations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of one year experience in a medical front desk role.
- Strong multitasking abilities, flexibility, customer service orientation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word; experience with electronic medical records is advantageous.
- Bilingual candidates, particularly in English and Spanish, are encouraged to apply.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Compensation: Up to $25 per hour
