Position Summary

The Clinical Front Office Coordinator is responsible for a blend of administrative and clinical duties within our practice. This role is crucial for managing patient flow and ensuring efficient operations. The Coordinator will oversee patient check-ins and check-outs, maintain accurate patient records, and facilitate effective communication between patients and healthcare providers.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage patient flow in and out of examination rooms, assisting with the scheduling of appointments and communicating any delays.
  2. Prepare for patient visits by gathering historical medical records and relevant test results, ensuring accurate data entry into clinic databases.
  3. Schedule follow-up appointments and procedures in accordance with established guidelines.
  4. Assist patients with the check-in and check-out process, including co-pay collection and registration.

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Completion of medical assisting education or related field is highly preferred.
  2. Experience with electronic health record systems is advantageous.
  3. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is required.
