Job Overview
Customer Experience Consultant

BizFirst is seeking a skilled and committed Customer Experience Consultant to support our client in enhancing their customer interactions and operational strategies. The ideal candidate will engage directly with clients, providing guidance and expertise in implementing effective solutions tailored to their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to assess their requirements and customize solutions accordingly.
  • Offer insights on the selection, deployment, and optimization of customer relationship management (CRM) and service tools.
  • Advise on best practices for tool integration, ensuring a smooth transition into existing client systems.
  • Facilitate training sessions for client personnel to enhance tool utilization and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate tool performance and provide recommendations for improvements to elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with client teams to ensure the effective integration of new solutions.
  • Track and analyze the success of implemented strategies, offering insights for ongoing enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a consulting role or similar position, focusing on customer experience and solution deployment.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer service applications (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics) for assessing customer engagement metrics.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) to coordinate customer experience projects effectively.
  • Knowledge of communication tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams) to facilitate smooth interactions with clients.
  • Strong capability to interpret client needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for cultivating robust client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
