Position Overview:

The British Standards Institution (BSI) is seeking a dedicated Client Manager specializing in Information Security. This role is pivotal in delivering BSI's audit services to designated clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct a variety of audits, serving as either Team Leader or Team Member, to evaluate client systems and processes against BSI standards.
  2. Prepare detailed assessment reports, clearly communicating findings to clients and outlining necessary corrective actions.
  3. Advise on the issuance, re-issuance, or withdrawal of certifications, ensuring adherence to BSI policies and timelines.
  4. Maintain comprehensive account management for assigned clients, fostering strong partnerships and driving account growth.
  5. Lead assessment teams, ensuring all members are well-informed to uphold service quality and effective client relationships.
  6. Collaborate with support services to keep client records accurate and up-to-date, meeting all internal information requirements.
  7. Mentor and coach colleagues, particularly those new to the role or unfamiliar with specific client needs.
  8. Efficiently plan and schedule workloads to optimize time management and maximize revenue-generating activities.
About the Role:

The Client Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery that meets client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess third-party audit experience in ISO Information Security.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent certification/work experience.
  • At least 4 years of practical experience in information technology, with a minimum of 2 years focused on information security.
  • General knowledge of management system auditing practices.
