The British Standards Institution (BSI) is seeking a dedicated Client Manager specializing in Information Security. This role is pivotal in delivering BSI's audit services to designated clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct a variety of audits, serving as either Team Leader or Team Member, to evaluate client systems and processes against BSI standards.
- Prepare detailed assessment reports, clearly communicating findings to clients and outlining necessary corrective actions.
- Advise on the issuance, re-issuance, or withdrawal of certifications, ensuring adherence to BSI policies and timelines.
- Maintain comprehensive account management for assigned clients, fostering strong partnerships and driving account growth.
- Lead assessment teams, ensuring all members are well-informed to uphold service quality and effective client relationships.
- Collaborate with support services to keep client records accurate and up-to-date, meeting all internal information requirements.
- Mentor and coach colleagues, particularly those new to the role or unfamiliar with specific client needs.
- Efficiently plan and schedule workloads to optimize time management and maximize revenue-generating activities.
The Client Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery that meets client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess third-party audit experience in ISO Information Security.
Qualifications:- A minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent certification/work experience.
- At least 4 years of practical experience in information technology, with a minimum of 2 years focused on information security.
- General knowledge of management system auditing practices.
