Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Auto Glass General Manager to lead our market operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing market profitability, employee development, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Profitability: Evaluate monthly financials to review market financial performance, manage employee regular and overtime pay, and work collaboratively with the call center to ensure market profitability.
  • Employee Development: Recruit, interview, and hire new staff, train new hires on company policies and procedures, and build an employee recognition process to drive hard work.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by coaching staff, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Operations Management: Manage daily scheduler, ensure all customer jobs are completed timely, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of Autoglass experience or auto body management experience.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership and track record of employee development.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to read and understand financial (P&L) statements.
  • Certifications: AGSC Master Certification and DOW certification preferred.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
