Key Responsibilities
- Achieve new business production targets as set forth.
- Provide support and service for a diverse range of personal lines accounts.
- Manage incoming sales inquiries and walk-in clients as necessary.
- Engage in cross-selling and account rounding to ensure clients have suitable coverage.
- Process certificates, endorsements, binders, and initial claims.
- Market, quote, and rate new client business, along with account renewals.
- Drive sales growth through effective use of phone, email, and client prospecting.
- Solicit new business through various channels including networking and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Ambitious individual motivated by opportunities for career growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer rejection gracefully.
- Excellent negotiation skills.

- Possession of a Property & Casualty insurance license is mandatory.
