Customer Experience Lead

At Mr. Handyman International, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Lead to join our team. As an Office and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer communications, organizing work schedules, and supervising Service Professionals. Your key objective will be to ensure seamless service delivery while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer expectations and communicate effectively with them
- Organize work schedules and coordinate with Service Professionals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and preferences
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. You should also be proficient in scheduling software and have experience working in a fast-paced environment. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your location and level of experience.
