Customer Experience Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Team Leader to join our team at Michaels Stores in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. As a key member of our front-end operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing and executing front-end policies and procedures, and achieving KPIs.
Estimated Salary: $62,000 - $72,000 per year based on location and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing and delivering effective front-end operations and expectations
- Lead the omnichannel processes
- Assist with inventory processes, Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities as needed
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a leadership position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to remain standing for long periods of time and move throughout the store
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
