PrideStaff, a leading staffing agency, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join their team in Fort Lauderdale. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, this role requires candidates with previous experience guiding customers over the phone with any questions they may have regarding products. Medical device expertise is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Utilize empathetic communication skills to address customer concerns
  • Evaluate and analyze customer requests to provide suitable solutions or alternatives
  • Direct callers to the appropriate department based on their needs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

Qualifications:

  • Proficient computer skills
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Previous customer support experience required
  • Effective communication and typing skills (minimum 45 wpm)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, executed with calmness and empathy
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In return for your hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of up to $18.00 - $21.00 per hour.
