We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of customer service professionals.
  • Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless resident interactions across all touchpoints.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to keep our resident service offerings competitive.
  • Manage and optimize customer service processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Handle escalated issues and provide resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior customer service role, preferably in a director or managerial position.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
