Administrative Assistant / Permit Clerk Job Description

PrideStaff is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Permit Clerk to join their team in Fort Myers, FL.

This is a temp-to-hire position that requires experience in an administrative role, answering phones, data entry, and the permitting process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones and directing calls to the right department
  • Entering and updating information in databases and spreadsheets
  • Performing general office duties such as filing, copying, and scanning
  • Contacting customers via phone and email
  • Facilitating the permitting process, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted accurately and on time
  • Assisting other departments and team members as required

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

Salary: $19 - $20 per hour (depending on experience)
