Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Program Coordinator to join our team at the Patman Center. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support for various events, programs, and activities, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including travel arrangements, catering, and photography
  • Manage site visits and background checks for participants and speakers
  • Process travel requests and manage payment processing for events and honorariums
  • Coordinate communications with departments regarding reservations, payment processing, and event promotion
  • Develop and implement digital and social media campaigns to promote speaker series and scholarship opportunities
  • Encourage participation in Center activities and provide engagement with stakeholders
