Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Program Coordinator to join our team at the University of Texas at Austin. This role will partner with Organizational Readiness team members to analyze change impacts and identify targeted training for various worker populations within UEM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Transformation Network, Business Analysts, Business Leads, and UEM division leads and supervisors to implement the pilot training program.
  • Support curriculum and content development as needed.
  • Participate in implementing the sustainment training program and deliver training as appropriate.
  • Assist employees with the transition to the IWMS and help with new applications, processes, and resources.
  • Assist with developing a process to track change requests or enhancements during the pilot training program.
  • Perform other related functions as assigned.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong understanding of organizational change management and training delivery is essential.
