Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team at Rotork. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for partnering with site managers and leadership teams to deliver key HR strategies and provide expert advice, fostering a high-performing, engaged workforce.

This role offers the chance to lead various projects aimed at optimizing our organizational design for future success. You will manage multiple priorities, including collaboration with site and leadership teams to build a positive employee culture and enhance engagement.

This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive HR Generalist seeking a standalone role with strong collaboration within the broader HR community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with site managers and leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Organizational Design: Lead projects aimed at optimizing organizational design for future success, including restructuring and process improvement initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to build a positive employee culture and enhance engagement, including employee recognition and reward programs.
  • HR Operations: Manage HR operations, including recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage, motivate, and influence stakeholders, including remote stakeholders, with credibility at the Senior Management level.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or HR (preferred), SHRM certification or Master's degree in HR (plus).
  • Experience: HR management experience in a Manufacturing or Engineering environment, with a proven track record in organizational change and design.
  • Skills: Extensive experience in employee relations, including performance and absence management in both union and non-union settings, contract negotiation skills, strong attention to detail, adaptability, problem-solving, and clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
