About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Disaster Mitigation Project Manager to join our team at Paul Davis of Piedmont, Triad West, & Mountain Regions, NC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing mitigation projects after traumatic events, such as water, fire, storm damage, and mold remediation, for residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion
  • Meet operational objectives, including Sales, Gross Margin, Cycle Time, and Brand Experience
  • Review project progress weekly and confirm budget and work orders before project commencement
  • Oversee project completion in the field, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
  • Build strong relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders, based on trust, active listening, and effective communication
  • Contribute to the growth and expansion of our business in the Northwest North Carolina area
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in lead mitigation technician or mitigation project management in the restoration industry
  • Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Proficient in creating and delivering project financials and calculations
