Position Overview

The Senior Manager for FMC Insights plays a pivotal role in driving strategic insights and analytical support related to consumer data assets. This position collaborates closely with various teams, including Insights & Foresights, Consumer Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Revenue Growth Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and conduct primary research, providing actionable business insights.
  • Enhance the integration of consumer-focused insights across key organizational collaborators.
  • Identify critical topics for in-depth analysis to support corporate objectives, including portfolio management and consumer profiling.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver impactful analyses on designated topics.
  • Develop and implement reporting activities that drive timely and actionable business results.
  • Explore new consumer data sources to optimize insights for regional and local markets.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation to influence decision-making processes.
  • Effectively communicate findings to stakeholders to facilitate informed decisions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer market research or a related field, preferably within CPG.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Proven experience in leading consumer research studies and segmentation analyses.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on storytelling through data.
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Strong technical skills in statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Business, or a related field is preferred.
