CIBC is seeking a Senior Client Relations Specialist to enhance our client service operations. This position is essential for managing intricate transactions for affluent clients while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and finalize new account documentation
  • Establish new accounts and associated sub-accounts
  • Oversee clients' tax obligations and IRA contributions
  • Manage gifting transactions
  • Revise portfolio asset allocation plans
  • Generate performance analysis reports
  • Conduct securities processing tasks
  • Investigate and evaluate fee structures
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance
  • Anticipate and fulfill client requirements
  • Contribute to risk management and compliance efforts
  • Assist client service teams and special initiatives
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 3-10 years of expertise in trust and account management
  • Background in tax, financial planning, or investment advisory
  • Strong dedication to client service excellence
  • Effective interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Organizational skills with proficiency in CRM and financial service tools
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and related applications
Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 based on experience
