About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative to join our team at Corporation Service Company. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Relationships with clients to understand their unique business needs and concerns.
  • Research and Analyze business documents to provide accurate and timely solutions.
  • Fulfill Requests and answer questions for internal and external clients via phone or electronically.
  • Provide Excellent Service to both internal and external clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage Client Portfolios and organize workflow to meet clients' time frames and demands.
  • Data Entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents.
  • Navigate Multiple Databases quickly and accurately to provide efficient solutions.
  • Recommend Process Improvements where applicable to enhance business operations.
  • Maintain and Grow existing client business by providing outstanding service and recognizing opportunities for additional services.
Requirements
  • At Least 5 Years of experience working in a business-to-business customer service or administrative capacity.
  • Energetic Self-Starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to Detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Strong Research Skills to analyze and provide accurate solutions.
  • Strong Prioritization and Time-Management Skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility and Agility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Problem-Solving Skills to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong Computer Skills and proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Salesforce Experience is a plus, but not required.
