Overview

Aramark Uniform Services is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative. This role is pivotal in delivering outstanding service to our clients while ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide comprehensive information regarding available services and pricing.
  • Accurately document all interactions and relevant details concerning customer accounts.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through effective problem resolution and foster long-term relationships with clients.
  • Develop and implement tailored resolution strategies to address specific customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless handling of customer situations while adhering to company policies.
  • Utilize analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues related to pricing, invoicing, and service delivery.
  • Monitor compliance with company service programs to ensure optimal process adherence.
  • Report unresolved service concerns to management promptly.
  • Identify and communicate emerging service trends to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in line with the responsibilities outlined above.

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • In-depth understanding of customer service protocols, including complaint resolution and service issues.
  • Proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with a professional phone demeanor.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, positive attitude, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Proficient in using company software for customer management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to achieve resolution in a single customer interaction.
  • Experience with service management applications is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Experience:

A minimum of two years in a customer service role, preferably in a high-volume call environment.

Education:

High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
