Job Summary

Concentra is seeking a highly skilled IS Operations Specialist I to join our team. As a key member of our Information Systems team, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the integrity of our data center and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and follow established runbooks to ensure the smooth operation of our data center and network environments.
  • Collect and analyze data from alerts, end-user reports, and escalations to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely communication and escalation of customer-impacting problems.
  • Log all issues promptly and accurately, including the creation and logging of incidents and email communications.
  • Assist with end-user support by following phone and incident management guidelines to answer, document, and resolve or escalate Solution Center calls.
  • Perform effective hand-offs to Network Operations Center colleagues on all open issues, including a review of outstanding issues, status, and communication requirements.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree
  • Less than 6 months of job-related experience
