  • Pay close attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service to all users.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient in utilizing platforms such as Service Now, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
  • Possess an associate degree or higher in an IT-related discipline, such as computer science or technical support.
  • A+ certification in computer technology is advantageous.
