Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator / Office Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing exceptional support to our faculty and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments, utilizing strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Assist with student admissions, enrollment, and records management, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-stocked and functional workspace.
  • Handle communication and correspondence, both internal and external, with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support faculty and staff with administrative needs, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Organize events and special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational or medical setting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality, with the ability to maintain sensitive information and handle confidential matters.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Compensation
  • Hourly rate: $20 - $30 per hour, based on experience.
