Job Title: Overnight Guest Services Manager

At SLS, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Overnight Guest Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and support throughout their stay.

Job Summary:

The Overnight Guest Services Manager will be responsible for supervising the Front Office team, ensuring that all guest requests and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. You will be the main point of contact for internal and external guests, and will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train Front Office staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest issues and feedback
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling and payroll
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Front Office leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems, such as Opera and HotSOS
