Key Responsibilities

  • Register and check-out guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage PBX operations, mail, and message services.
  • Act as an advocate for the hotel, creating personalized experiences for our guests.
  • Develop relationships with guests to encourage repeat business.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including reviewing arrivals, conducting pre-assignments, and balancing daily shift banks.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel systems and operations, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Knowledge of the local area, services, attractions, and events is a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
