Adamas Building Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge/Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a leading expert in the Residential Services market, we provide exceptional services to luxury residential communities throughout New Jersey.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents and guests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Meet and greet residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit
  • Direct guests and visitors to appropriate destinations
  • Check-in and announce incoming guests
  • Receive packages and deliveries
  • Resolve complaints from residents and guests
  • Perform basic clerical duties, including answering telephones, faxing, and copying

Work Schedule:

The successful candidate will work a second shift, overnight, or full-time schedule, with a total of 36 hours per week. The schedule will include Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 4pm to 4am.

Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly pay rate is $13 per hour. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days, including a 401k match after one year of employment. Uniforms will be provided, and weekly pay is guaranteed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to build positive relationships with high-level interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work and stand on your feet for several hours
  • Proficiency in handling office equipment, including complex multiple-lined telephones, printers, and copy machines
  • Dependability, punctuality, and ability to work flexible hours
  • Passing comprehensive background checks
  • Supporting the organization's vision, mission, and core values
