Position Summary:

We invite you to join our team as an Overnight Hotel Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our establishment during the night. Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute front desk operations including guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
  • Handle guest payments and maintain precise records.
  • Conduct nightly audits to confirm the accuracy of guest accounts and rectify any discrepancies.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and any issues that may arise during the night.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises throughout the overnight hours.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address guest needs and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Previous cash handling experience is essential.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Night Auditor or in a comparable role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
