Senior SAP MM Solutions Architect

This role demands a seasoned professional contributing to various stages of the consulting lifecycle. You will be deeply engaged in business process analysis; identifying challenges, proposing, and crafting effective solutions. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the design, configuration, and implementation of comprehensive solutions. You will mentor teams on project methodologies, deliverables, and assist in proposal development, client education, and internal capability enhancement while helping to define project scope. This position offers the chance to create impactful consulting solutions that empower our clients to adapt to the evolving global landscape.

Essential Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Consideration will also be given to candidates with three years of progressive experience in the field in lieu of each year of education.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology is required.
  • U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. Sponsorship is not available at this time.
  • This position requires a commitment to working from the office daily.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in the SAP MM module, including two full lifecycle implementations of S/4 HANA.
  • Proficient in analyzing business needs, providing both conceptual and detailed designs to fulfill those needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, drafting detailed specifications for ABAP custom developments, testing, and deploying automated solutions.
  • Strong practical experience in Logistics Execution, EDI/Idoc Integration, and system integration.
  • Expertise in B2B Integration and system-to-system integration of SAP through EDI/IDOC and other interfacing methods is crucial.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SAP custom application programs, enhancements, BADIs/BAPIs, interfaces, and user exits is vital.
  • Experience with master data projects and Enterprise Portal is advantageous.
  • Ability to interpret ABAP code is necessary.
  • Capability to write functional and technical specifications for ABAP custom solutions and interfaces.
  • Collaborating with business users to define scope and gather requirements.
  • Testing and deployment of the final product.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and coordination abilities.

The role involves prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. Effective communication through various channels is required. Travel may be necessary based on job demands.
