Job Title: Administrative Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Professional to join our team at Bidwell Properties. As an Administrative Professional, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our CEO and Executive Team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and Executive Team
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings
  • Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and presentations
  • Manage and maintain office systems, including CRM and Zapier
  • Assist with long-term strategic planning and business development
  • Communicate with buyers and sellers, including progress reports and feedback
  • Support the agent in preparing CMA's, Seller Net Sheets, and Buyer Net Sheets
  • Assist with future hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 2 years experience in supporting an executive at a high level
  • Proficient in basic computer software and able to quickly learn new programs
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Valid driver's license and working vehicle

Compensation:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year
