Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and greet patients and their families, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Collect co-pays and obtain and complete insurance information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle referrals with a high level of professionalism.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience, preferably in an urgent care setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Epic or similar electronic health record systems.
