We are actively developing a digital business that aims to streamline the exchange of parts and services, thereby creating significant value for both CAMP and the broader aviation industry.

Position Overview

We are seeking an Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. The Operations Intern will function as a virtual extension of the aircraft enrollment team. Our interns engage in meaningful projects that contribute to the success of our aviation clients globally. We are on the lookout for ambitious students who possess a passion for the aerospace sector and are prepared to tackle the challenges of a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the CAMP Systems Maintenance Tracking Platform to develop insights into the overall business operations.
  • Support the onboarding team in the enrollment process for new clients.
  • Collaborate across various departments within the organization.
  • Assist the Administrative team in enhancing customer experience by managing enrollments across distinct workflows to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Work with different teams to help achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Conduct analysis and research to aid in decision-making processes.
  • Contribute to the creation and revision of documents, presentations, and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., Aerospace, Business Administration, etc.).
  • Must reside in the metropolitan area for the duration of the internship.
  • Demonstrated strong interest in the aerospace industry and aviation programs.
  • Genuine passion for assisting customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills necessary for ensuring accuracy and effective execution of tasks.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Exhibit a high energy level and a positive 'can-do' attitude.
