Position Overview

We are seeking an Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. The Operations Intern will serve as a virtual extension of the aircraft enrollment team. Our interns engage in meaningful projects that contribute to the success of our aviation clients globally. We are on the lookout for ambitious students who are passionate about the aerospace sector and ready to tackle the challenges of a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Component Control Maintenance Tracking Platform to appreciate the business as a whole.
  • Support the onboarding team with the enrollment process for new clients.
  • Collaborate across various departments within the organization.
  • Assist the Administrative team in enhancing customer experience by managing enrollments across different workflows to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Work with diverse teams to aid in achieving project goals and objectives.
  • Conduct analysis and research to support informed decision-making processes.
  • Contribute to the creation and revision of documents, presentations, and reports.
Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., Aerospace, Business Administration, etc.).
  • A strong interest in the aerospace industry and aviation programs is essential.
  • A passion for assisting customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure accuracy and effective execution of all tasks.
  • Highly organized with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • A high-energy, positive 'can-do' attitude.
