We have an immediate opening for a Part-Time Office Manager to support our office in Pompano Beach, Florida.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support as needed, ensuring professionalism and customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Organize company functions, meetings, and events, including catering orders, conference room bookings, and supply ordering.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as coordinating travel arrangements, mail distribution, filing, copying, and processing documents.
  • Manage office supplies and food & beverage items through Staples, Amazon, and other distributors, maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
  • Ensure office equipment is in working order.
Additional Requirements:
  • Knowledge of basic administrative principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in consumer software, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Dependability, self-direction, and ability to complete projects with limited supervision.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
