Job Title: Quality Engineer III, Manufacturing Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer III to join our manufacturing engineering team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a Quality Engineer III, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and implementing process improvements to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and failure mode effects analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement process improvements and optimize production workflows.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing teams to ensure quality and reliability of products.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure quality awareness and compliance among manufacturing teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, such as engineering or quality assurance.
  • 4+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
