Aerotek Job Description

As a Powder Coater at Aerotek, you will be responsible for operating all coating equipment, including guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems. Your tasks will include preparing parts for coating, observing machine gauges and equipment operations to detect defects, and ensuring that all components are produced and coated efficiently and consistently with quality standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate coating equipment to apply a uniform coating to parts
  • Prepare parts for coating by cleaning and drying them
  • Monitor machine gauges and equipment operations to detect defects and ensure quality
  • Ensure that all components are produced and coated efficiently and consistently with quality standards and processes
  • Ensure safety guidelines are being met to assure a safe work environment
