Job Overview

Access Sciences is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for construction projects
  • Analyze and address inefficiencies in document control processes
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to support project teams
  • Ensure seamless document control activities and maintain effective communication with team members and management
  • Monitor personal performance against established KPIs and contribute to continual process improvement
  • Demonstrate an understanding of construction and project lifecycles and third-party contract deliverables
  • Work closely with cross-discipline engineering documents and discipline approval processes within a project team
Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • 3+ years of previous experience in Document Control
  • Construction Document Management or Construction Quality Processes
  • Consistently deliver quality Document Control services based on subject matter expertise and experience with best practices
