Manufacturing Process Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Design efficient factory layouts to optimize production performance
- Develop processes that enhance production efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technological advancements
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure high-quality production
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related STEM field
- 3+ months of educational or industry experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
