Job Title: Senior Vice President, Social

Weber Shandwick is seeking a Senior Vice President, Social to join our Healthcare teams in New York. This role will lead integration across marketing functions on behalf of a major healthcare brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the success of client relationships, meeting objectives within given budgets, and translating factors into strategic briefs and planning documents.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and oversee the execution of strategic social media and influencer initiatives, including campaign development, content creation, relationship management, and measuring effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams to build and nurture client relationships, manage programs, and allocate agency resources.
  • Develop and track against client scopes of work, demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and excellent storytelling skills.
  • Build cohesive social and influencer strategies to align overall comms efforts and priorities.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in digital advertising and/or digital PR agency, with healthcare experience required.
  • Possess a thorough command of the social media and digital world, sophisticated client service and digital communications skills, and high energy.
  • Experience in managing influencer programs and leading strong influencer marketing teams.
  • Strong technical proficiency in social media platforms and ability to analyze and synthesize data to inform future recommendations.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects, and work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
