Job Description

**About the Role**

CSS America Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Partner Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing partner channel sales, develop new partner channel sales accounts, and OEM projects.
  • Report and analyze the US sales market for our partner sales channel.
  • Be the key driver in meeting sales forecasts and achieving sales targets.
  • Be responsible for effective sales management and provide timely, accurate sales and forecast figures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key high-profile customers and sales partners at both senior and mid-management levels.
  • Provide sales support at conferences and exhibitions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum five years of industrial automation experience in sales/technical support.
  • Previous sales experience is required.
  • Experience with machine vision products and solutions is preferred.
  • Superior customer service skills and excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Travel requirement (approximately 50%) to visit existing and new customers, with a current passport.
  • Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
