We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining excellent relationships with our customers, maintaining a strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models, and following up on all sales leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
- Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models
- Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources
- Work with Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Understanding of manufacturer's specifications
- Familiarity with automotive financing
- Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
