Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets, focusing on new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to clients.
  • CRM and Data Management: Utilize CRM systems to track sales interactions, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong track record of new business acquisition
  • Advanced skills in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and customer needs
