Position Overview
Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Supervisor to enhance the customer experience and drive sales operations.
How You Contribute

As the Sales Supervisor, your primary role will be to deliver an exceptional retail experience while supporting sales initiatives and operational excellence.

You will leverage innovative technology to facilitate a seamless shopping experience for our customers across both online and physical stores.

Collaborate closely with the Store Manager, supervisors, and a dedicated team of associates to empower our customers to pursue their passions.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, energetic individual who enjoys engaging with the public.

Become part of a close-knit team focused on achieving ambitious goals and meeting deadlines to propel the business forward.

This role will report directly to the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Embody our core values and provide insights to customers on how to embrace their passions.

Engage customers in meaningful interactions by sharing knowledge about our products' fabrics, features, fit, and functionality.

Drive customer engagement both inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community involvement.

Provide training and constructive feedback on our Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.).

Work alongside the Store Manager to motivate associates to achieve individual and team performance targets.
Communicate inventory and training requirements to the Store Manager to enhance the overall customer experience.
Ensure adherence to merchandising standards that simplify the shopping experience and add value to the customer journey.
Actively participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to foster continuous improvement in business operations.
Aim for excellence in meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers and team members regarding product information.
Maintain personal sales metrics and achieve sales targets.
Uphold all safety and security protocols while identifying and communicating potential issues.
Assist with inventory management as needed, including unpacking boxes weighing 10-30 lbs.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail setting; prior management experience is advantageous.

Familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other health-oriented activities.

Strong interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
Experience with retail inventory and POS systems.
Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a talent for inspiring others.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform well under pressure.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
This position requires continuous movement, communication, and standing for extended periods, with occasional bending, kneeling, and climbing.
