The Night Auditor will also be responsible for preparing breakfast each morning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute all check-in and check-out procedures
  • Manage reservations via online platforms and phone calls
  • Handle incoming calls and guest communications discreetly
  • Inform guests about payment options and validate credit card information
  • Register guests while collecting necessary details
  • Assist guests upon arrival and allocate rooms
  • Provide information regarding hotel services, room availability, rates, and amenities
  • Address guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room cleanliness and communicate effectively with other departments
  • Confirm group bookings and organize personalized services
  • Adhere to established policies
  • Stay informed about local attractions and dining options to make recommendations
  • Communicate accurately with subsequent shifts regarding operational issues
  • Exhibit a customer service-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Possess reliable transportation
  • Adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment with continuous guest interaction
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights (minimum of 20 lbs)
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Word and Excel
  • Valid driver's license
