Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who aligns with our commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about delivering top-tier patient care and thrives in a dynamic operating room environment, collaborating closely with our surgical team.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you will engage with various team members within our clinic. We seek someone who can adapt to a fast-paced setting while effectively managing multiple responsibilities. This role is a full-time opportunity within our network of clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
  • Perform nursing duties with clinical proficiency, such as administering medications, establishing sterile fields, and ensuring proper equipment disinfection.
  • Complete necessary documentation accurately and promptly, following company protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, including physicians and support staff, regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules.
  • Document clinical and surgical notes with precision.
  • Provide the highest standard of patient care and service consistently.
  • Follow established policies and procedures to promote positive patient outcomes.
  • Support physicians in enhancing patient retention.
  • Assist in various aspects of clinical and surgical operations.
  • Maintain professionalism and adaptability when interacting with diverse personalities.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid LPN license.
  • Current ACLS and IV certifications (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
  • Experience in a plastic surgery setting is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
  • High energy and a strong focus on patient care and experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

  • Ability to multitask effectively under pressure while being responsive to patients and team members.
