Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a Talented Team: Guide, motivate, and develop a regional business development team to help them achieve their goals and grow professionally.
  • Grow Our Reach: Develop smart, effective growth strategies that increase our facilities' occupancy rates, build our network of referral sources, and help even more seniors get the care they need.
  • Build Partnerships: Form and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, managed care organizations, and other healthcare providers, making our facilities their top choice for skilled nursing care.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, 5-7+ years in business development within skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare, and at least 2 years leading a team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
